The hotel had a great location with accessible tourist spots nearby and tidy rooms and bathrooms. the staff was accommodating and helpful, doing their best to make guests feel welcome. It also had commendable facilities like good WiFi and well-maintained public areas. the complimentary breakfast was a delightful start of the day, with adequate options to choose from.
English-speaking communication with the hotel staff was a struggle as they lacked the proficiency required to attend to guests' needs and queries promptly.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful with any requests I had during my stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the facilities was outstanding too, which made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Urumqi and have to say that I was overall pleased with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I particularly liked the fact that the facilities were very clean; the rooms were spacious, comfortable and always well maintained. Another aspect that I enjoyed was the key location, as it was in close proximity to many of the city's main attractions.
There were a few aspects of my stay that were not as good. I found it difficult to communicate with the staff, as they didn't speak English.

The hotel has a great location, it's close to some of the main attractions in the city and to public transportation. the staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
The hotel does not cater to non-Chinese speakers.
